This blog is a collaboration from all of us at Heavenly Blush to help increase the awareness of healthy lifestyle and to help  our healthy guests, and the general public, to become even healthier.

We have found from the market researches that we have done, that a lot of our consumers actually consume our menu items for reasons not including health reasons.  Taste and flavor is always crucial parameters in any type of food, and we use high standards of taste and quality, but it can be so much more… the food can also be healthy and beneficial to you.

We would like to contribute more in helping raise the awareness that it’s cool to be healthy, and that what you put in your mouth should be something that you like, as well as being beneficial to your wellbeing, and not just satisfying your hunger or craving.

We have written what we call “The HB manifesto” that contains the guiding principles that guide what we do and what our role is in terms of health and nutrition.  For those of you interested you can read the manifesto here.  This link will bring you to our website. This manifesto is a “live document”, in that we will constantly update them as we become clearer in our purpose and mission and as we discover new principles that actually guide us, or we found that some principles don’t apply anymore.

We will also share other stuff that we’d like to share to the world in this blog, things like what’s happening within Heavenly Blush to give all of you, who are interested, ofcourse,  a little glimpse of our little world. Perhaps by doing this, we can get to know each other better and start interesting conversations.

Inspired by the difficulties of getting nutrionally balanced dessert outside of the house, such as in malls, and at work,, Heavenly Blush was created to help fill that need and to help in promoting  an overall healthy lifestyle.
